Due to the nature of digital services and software-based solutions, refunds are only provided under specific circumstances as outlined below. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be issued if:
The product or service was not delivered as agreed and the issue remains unresolved despite reasonable support efforts.
There is a technical failure on our end that prevents use of the service or software, and we are unable to fix it within 7 business days.
You have been double charged or charged in error.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
Issues due to external third-party integrations or platforms
Delays caused by client in providing required inputs, approvals, or content
Customized development projects once delivery/milestone is initiated
3. SaaS and Subscription Services
For SaaS products (e.g., virtual number platform, communication tools):
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if requested within the first 14 days of activation and only if critical services fail despite support intervention.
4. Custom Development & Project-Based Work
For bespoke software or service development:
Initial consultation is free
- Token amount/fees are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled by the client after kickoff, partial refunds (if any) will be calculated based on work completed and resources consumed.
If the project is terminated due to a breach by TechMatrix Innovations, a fair refund will be considered.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at billing@techmatrixinnovations.in with the following details:
Name and contact details
Invoice number or transaction ID
Reason for the refund request
Supporting screenshots or documents (if applicable)
Our billing team will respond within 3–5 business days with the resolution or next steps.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
No cash or offline refunds will be issued.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal proceedings.
